Larkin Willis is a research and policy associate on the Educator Quality and Deeper Learning teams at Learning Policy Institute (LPI). She is a co-author of Sharing the Wealth: How Regional Finance and Desegregation Plans Can Enhance Educational Equity. Her work at LPI focuses on supporting and documenting systems change to advance equity in K–12 and higher education. Previously, Willis worked at Policy Analysis for California Education. She also taught mathematics and science in southeastern Louisiana. Willis received her master's degree in international comparative education from Stanford University.
