Taylor N. Allbright is an assistant professor in the Educational Leadership Department at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Allbright's teaching and scholarship are grounded in a passion for advancing equity in K–12 schools. She also seeks to bridge research, policy, and practice with scholarship that directly informs the work of educational leaders. Prior to pursuing a doctoral degree, she taught high school English and ethnic studies in Hayward, California. Allbright received her PhD in urban education policy from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California.
