Abigail Stewart-Kahn

Abigail Stewart-Kahn is the managing director of the Stanford Center on Early Childhood. In this role, she oversees research and policy initiatives that promote community-driven systems building for young children and families. Previously, she held senior leadership positions in local government and community-based organizations, including leading large-scale public systems aimed at serving populations living in vulnerable circumstances. For nearly two decades, Stewart-Kahn has collaborated with Katie Albright to enhance outcomes for young children, strengthen families, and develop community-driven systems. Stewart-Kahn is a licensed clinical social worker and received her MS from Columbia University School of Social Work.
