New Visions for Public Schools
Anisah Waite is a continuous improvement coach who works with principals and school leadership teams to support the design and improvement of core school systems. Prior to joining New Visions, she conducted education policy research on school culture, teacher professional community, and school leadership. She also taught a course on the sociology of schools at Teachers College, Columbia University. Waite began her career as a high school science teacher in New York City. She received her PhD in education from the University of California, Berkeley.
