Brad Lupien

Brad Lupien is cofounder, president and chief executive officer of Arc After School and Experiential Education. He also serves as a board advisor at Just in Time for Foster Youth and was appointed by California Senator pro tem Toni Atkins to the Governor’s California Before- and After-School Advisory Board. Lupien is also a team member of the Policy Committee for California Expanded Learning Division in the California Department of Education and a steering committee member of the California Afterschool Advocacy Alliance. He began his career as a teacher and guidance counselor with Boston Public Schools and as a social worker in the juvenile justice system across Boston, Massachusetts. Lupien received his BSW from the University of Vermont and his MAT from Simmons University.
