Cameron Sublett is an associate professor in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where he directs The Education Research & Opportunity Center. He was formerly an associate professor and is now an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University. He also served as a faculty member and campus leader at Santa Barbara City College and was a senior research associate at WestEd. His research focuses on policies and practices that support student pathways through community college into the workforce. He has published in The Journal of Education Finance, Community College Review, Teachers College Record, New Directions for Community Colleges, Early Childhood Research Quarterly, and the Journal of Learning Disabilities. Sublett received his PhD in education policy, leadership, and research methods from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
