Carrie Wilson

Carrie Wilson is the former executive director of Mills Teacher Scholars (now Lead by Learning) at the Mills College School of Education, where she promoted the central role of practice-based learning in educational equity work, and oversaw all aspects of development for Mills Teacher Scholars, including programs to support districts in creating learning cultures for adults by implementing the practice of public learning. She is currently principal consultant of Carrie Wilson Consulting and an online course instructor in the School of Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley. With expertise in organizational learning and development and in adult social-emotional learning, she is an integral coach and learning leader, helping organizations build cultures of curiosity. Wilson received her MA in education from Mills College.
