Erika Byun is a project manager at the Annenberg Institute at Brown University, where she manages Annenberg’s partnership with the San Francisco Unified School District to use evidence-based methods to inform district improvement practices. Her research focuses on barriers to achieving equity goals and human resource needs. Previously, she was a predoctoral research fellow at Stanford University's Institute of Economic Policy Research.
