Gege Kreischer is a program consultant for Child Care Concepts and has worked in early childhood education for over 45 years. She was formerly vice president of organizational development for the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children (FLAEYC). She has been a teacher, director, program manager, accreditation specialist, and researcher in early childhood education, with a commitment to expanding access to high-quality, affordable child care. Kreischer has advised state policy and program leaders and has worked extensively with programs serving homeless families and children in poverty. She has also been a longtime advisor to the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and has chaired the NAEYC Affiliate Council Executive Committee.
