Himamauli Das is a senior managing director and co-head of CFIUS advisory services at K2 Integrity, where he specializes in regulatory, legal, and compliance issues involving complex global engagements. He is aslo acting director for the Department of the Treasury/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. With more than 15 years as a senior policy official and lawyer with the White House, the National Security Council and National Economic Council, and the Departments of State and the Treasury, Das also served as deputy legal adviser at the National Security Council and as an attorney at the State Department. Das received his JD and MPP from the University of California, Berkeley.
