Holly Glover is director of principal gifts at the Smithsonian Institution, where she leads partnership efforts with donors and funders to support educational equity. She was previously division assistant director of advancement and partnerships in the Smithsonian Science Education Center. Glover was formerly with Teach for America–Bay Area as managing director of corporate and foundation partnerships, working in courtship and collaboration with Silicon Valley philanthropic funders. She also co-founded Alpha Public Schools, a network of public charter schools in East San José, California, where she led non-academic operations and raised $1 million to support its launch. Earlier in her career, she was a graduate fellow in the Rocketship Education network at Education Pioneers. Glover earned her MA in education policy and leadership from Stanford University.
