Isabel Hilliger Carrasco is the associate director for assessment and evaluation in the School of Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is also an associate researcher at the Centro de Estudios de Políticas y Prácticas en Educación. Her research focuses on the design and implementation of learning analytics to support continuous curriculum improvement in higher education in both Chile and the United States. She serves on the executive committee of the Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR). Hilliger Carrasco earned her MA in politics, organization, and leadership studies from Stanford University and a PhD in engineering sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
