Jennifer Graves is an associate professor in the Department of Economics and Public Finance at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She previously served as an assistant professor of economics at the University of Oklahoma and was a visiting professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and New York University Abu Dhabi. Her research focuses on the economics of education and labor economics, using applied microeconometric methods to estimate causal impacts. Graves has expertise in working with large datasets, survey design, and laboratory experiments. Graves earned her BA in economics from the University of Washington, an MA and PhD in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
