Jian-Hua Liang

Jian-Hua Liang is a distinguished education administrator with the California Department of Education (CDE). She was formerly a research data manager and education programs consultant for CDE, where she was instrumental in modernizing the California's Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS) and improving data submission processes. She has been an academic coordinator, a computer teacher, and a mathematics teacher in California public schools. She has also been a visiting lecturer at the UC Davis School of Education, teaching quantitative methods in educational research. Her expertise in applied data research and evaluation has helped ensure the accuracy and integrity of data submitted by local education agencies throughout California. Liang holds a teaching credential in mathematics from San Francisco State University, and she received her EdD in educational leadership from the University of California, Davis.
