Jordan Mader is director of analytics engineering at Education Analytics, a nonprofit data science and research startup in Madison, Wisconsin. He currently manages the data and analytics engineering group and he leads a team that specializes in building software for complex statistical analyses (particularly for growth models) and automating data processing systems for analytics. Jordan previously worked at the Value-Added Research Center at the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
