Jude Carroll was a research associate at Yale University, where she focused on early education and welfare reform. She has been an adjunct professor at Wheelock College and a consultant for Teachers College, Columbia University. She also served as a community development specialist for the Affordable Housing Alliance of Connecticut and as director of the Connecticut KIDS COUNT Project for the National KIDS COUNT Data Book. She is now the marketing and development associate at Operation Fuel, a nonprofit providing emergency energy assistance to residents in Connecticut. Carroll completed her PhD coursework in assets and inequality at the University of Connecticut.
