Justin Louie is a data analyst for enrollment management research and policy at the University of California, Berkeley, where he oversees data pipeline development to support strategic planning around admissions, retention, graduation, and student success. His work focuses on issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice. He was a researcher for Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE) and a senior analyst at Blueprint Research + Design, where he led research and evaluation projects for philanthropic foundations and nonprofit organizations. He was formerly a graduate student researcher, instructor, and teaching assistant at Northwestern University, specializing in research methods, quantitative data analysis, and regression modeling.
