Kathy Reeves Bracco

Kathy Reeves Bracco is an education policy analyst and president of Angora Ridge Partners. She previously served as a senior research and policy analyst for WestEd and for the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education. Reeves Bracco has over 20 years of experience researching and publishing on education issues, with an emphasis on state level policies and the link between secondary and postsecondary education systems. She currently works with policy makers, educational organizations, and foundations both to assess current practices and develop actionable recommendations to improve educational outcomes. Bracco received both her MEd in education and EdD in higher education from the University of California, Berkeley.
