Katie Buckley is a senior research scientist at Teach For America, where she leads a learning agenda focused on improving programmatic work centered on students’ social, emotional, and academic development. She drives research-to-practice translation to advance organization-wide strategy and inform the broader education field. She was previously managing director of research and learning at Transforming Education, where she oversaw efforts to measure the organization's impact on partner schools and districts. She also served as a senior analyst at Abt Associates, a consultant at the Center for Assessment, a graduate fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, and a research associate at the Education Development Center. Buckley earned her MPP in education, family, and social policy from Georgetown University and an EdD in quantitative policy analysis in education from Harvard University.
