Lyda Beardsley

Lyda Beardsley is executive director of Trio Foundation. She formerly was director at the What If Foundation and director of Child Development Programs for the College of Marin. She is also a representative for the Marin County Child Care Commission and advises organizations and institutions as an early childhood education consultant. During her studies at the University of California, Berkeley, Beardsley director of the university's child care services and supervisor of teacher education for the university's Developmental Teacher Education program. She received both her MA and PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
