Lynn Rocha-Salazar

Lynn Rocha-Salazar is a senior improvement coach at CORE Districts, where she supports school districts in equity-based reform initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. She previously served as principal of Ayer Elementary in the Fresno Unified School District and has held roles as a vice principal, program manager, resource teacher, and classroom teacher. As a site leader, she helped develop an aligned instructional system based on the Common Core State Standards and championed the needs of Special Education students in the regional program at Ayer Elementary. An active member of the Association of California School Administrators, she has held multiple leadership roles, including board president for Region 9. She has also mentored teachers in continuous improvement efforts and fostered partnerships to address equity and access for African American and Latino students. Rocha-Salazar earned her MA from California State University, Fresno.
