Mark DiCamillo was director of the Berkeley IGS Poll, a non-partisan survey of California public opinion on politics, public policy, and public affairs conducted by the Institute of Governmental Studies (IGS) at the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining IGS, he was senior vice president at Field Research Corporation, where he directed The Field Poll, California’s leading media-sponsored public opinion poll. DiCamillo has been actively involved in measuring public opinion in California since he joined Field Research Corporation, founded by legendary pollster Mervin Field. He is a recognized authority on opinion trends in California and is the author or co-author of more than 1,000 poll reports. DiCamillo earned a BA cum laude from Harvard University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business.
