Michael Rubin

Michael Rubin was director of educational studies and an external evaluator in the Academic Partnership Program at the Evaluation and Training Institute in Los Angeles. He previously served as a senior research associate at Western Psychological Services and as a teaching associate at the University of Toronto. Over his career, he coordinated more than fifty research and evaluation studies, focusing on program evaluation, strategic planning, market research, and transportation demand management. Rubin earned a BA in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MA in psychology from the University of Toronto. He pursued postgraduate studies at Stanford University.
