Natalie Jou

Natalie Jou is a project coordinator at the National Center for Research in Policy and Practice at Northwestern University; she works on data collection and analysis. She is also a student in Northwestern’s master’s degree program in higher education administration and policy. Jou is particularly interested in the impact of the college experience on students’ development and the ways in which educators can help students navigate this time of transition to become well-rounded, successful adults.
