Rachel Valentino is a consultant at McKinsey & Company, working primarily with public school districts, foundations, and nonprofits. Her research expertise is in early childhood education policy, bilingual education, educational inequality, and achievement gap closure. She has experience working with a number of research institutes including the National Institute for Early Education Research. She has also worked with state departments of education and large urban school districts. Valentino received her PhD in education administration and policy analysis from Stanford Graduate School of Education.
