Robert Canosa-Carr

Bobby Canosa-Carr is managing director of schools and director of data and assessment at Equitas Academy. He is the founder and corporate executive officer of Enlighten Leadership Coaching and a guide and coach for Cairn Leadership Strategies. He was previously director of secondary education for The Accelerated Schools and a school leader professional development specialist with Summit Public Schools. He served as principal of Alice M. Baxter High School, Westchester High School, and Westchester Enriched Science Magnets, and as assistant principal of West Adams Preparatory High School and of Roosevelt High School. He has also been an English Language Art content expert with the Los Angeles Unified School District. He holds a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. Canosa-Carr received his MA in educational leadership and administration from California State University, Northridge.
