Robert Canosa-Carr

Bobby Canosa-Carr is managing director of schools and director of data and assessment at Equitas Academy. He is the founder and corporate executive officer (CEO) of Enlighten Leadership Coaching while a guide and coach for Cairn Leadership Strategies. He was previously director of secondary education for The Accelerated Schools and a school leader professional development specialist with Summit Public Schools. Canosa-Carr formerly served as principal of Alice M. Baxter High School, Westchester High School and Westchester Enriched Science Magnets; and as assistant principal of West Adams Preparatory High School and Roosevelt High School. He was also an ELA (English Language Arts) content expert with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). Canosa-Carr earned an MA in educational leadership and administration from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and a BA in English language and literature from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He holds a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University.
