Ryan Yeung

Ryan Yeung is a former assistant professor of urban policy and planning at Hunter College. He was previously an assistant professor of public administration at the State University of New York, College at Brockport, a visiting assistant professor at Rutgers University–Camden, and a graduate researcher at Syracuse University. He has also been a replication evaluation specialist at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York. He is currently director of performance evaluation and analytics with NYC Citywide Administrative Services. His research specialization has been in education policy and in public budgeting and finance. He has published widely in academic journals including Public Finance Review, Public Budgeting and Finance, the Journal of Educational Research, Educational Policy, and Education and Urban Society. Yeung received his PhD in public administration from Syracuse University.
