Ryan Yeung
Ryan Yeung is a former assistant professor of urban policy and planning at Hunter College. Dr. Yeung was previously an assistant professor of public administration at the State University of New York, College at Brockport (SUNY Brockport), a visiting assistant professor at Rutgers University–Camden, and a graduate researcher at Syracuse University. He was recently a replication evaluation specialist at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York and is currently director of performance evaluation and analytics with NYC Citywide Administrative Services. His research specialization has been in education policy and public budgeting and finance. He has published widely in academic journals including Public Finance Review, Public Budgeting and Finance, the Journal of Educational Research, Educational Policy, and Education and Urban Society. Dr. Yeung holds a PhD in public administration from Syracuse University, an MPA in public administration from New York University (NYU), and a BA in economics and American Studies from Amherst College.
