Sylvia Kwon is a senior consultant at Public Profit. Kwon was previously a senior research associate for WestEd’s Comprehensive School Assistance Program (CSAP). Sylvia was part of CSAP’s impact assessment team, providing evaluation and research support on state, school, and district improvement projects. Her areas of expertise include qualitative research methods and analysis, data visualization, and family/school engagement. She previously worked as a research analyst and evaluation specialist at the University of California, Davis, and UC Davis Health. She also served as a training and assessment coordinator for a nonprofit organization in the Bay Area. Kwon received her MA in curriculum development and PhD in educational foundations and policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
