Tim Madden

Tim Madden is webmaster and senior software developer at Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE). His company, Connect2Market, works with organizations to help them connect with their stakeholders. He has been a website developer over fifteen years and enjoys providing bespoke solutions to fit organizations needs specializing in content management systems. Madden received his BA in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in marketing, strategy, finance, and managerial economics from Northwestern University.
