Fred McFarlane is professor emeritus in the Department of Administration, Rehabilitation, and Postsecondary Education at San Diego State University (SDSU); he is founding codirector of SDSU’s Interwork Institute. He has extensive state, national, and international experience in leadership and program development in the fields of education and rehabilitation. He received his PhD from the University of Georgia.
