Anna Arambula-Gonzalez is the associate vice president of Early Childhood Studies and a faculty member at EDvance College. Her work focuses on improving early childhood education through equity-driven leadership, multilingual education, and educator preparation. She previously served as project director of language justice and multilingual education at the Institute for Racial Equity and Excellence and as a dual language learner coach for Fresno Unified School District. Earlier in her career, she was a child development site coordinator for Early Head Start and a teacher and center director at Jane Addams Early Head Start. Arambula-Gonzalez is also an adjunct professor at Fresno City College and Madera Community College, where she supports the next generation of early childhood educators. Arambula-Gonzalez earned a BA in liberal studies with a concentration in early childhood and an MA in early childhood education from California State University, Fresno.
