Baiyu Zhou

Baiyu Zhou is a senior associate at Charles River Associates, specializing in applied microeconomics with a focus on labor economics, competition policy, and regulatory analysis. She was previously an education researcher in the California Education Lab at the University of California, Davis, where she contributed to research on educational policies and student outcomes, particularly in the economics of education. Zhou also served as a graduate teaching assistant in the economics departments at UC Davis and Colgate University. Her research has examined the impact of education policies on student transitions and workforce outcomes. Zhou earned a BA in economics and mathematics from Colgate University and an MA and PhD in economics from the University of California, Davis.
