Christine Roberts

Christine Roberts is program manager for Pre–K to 3 Coherence Collaboration at California Education Partners, supporting continuous improvement and system development for California’s youngest learners. She is also a network member of DREME (Development and Research in Early Mathematics Education) at the Stanford Graduate School of Education, where she has contributed as a research assistant to the Preschool Through Elementary School Coherence project, studying mathematics learning and teaching through educator collaboration and systems approaches. She was formerly a staff development and curriculum specialist in mathematics at the Tulare County Office of Education and an improvement specialist for the Central Valley Networked Improvement Community. Earlier, she was a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and director of a Networked Improvement Community. She is president-elect of the California Mathematics Council and Western Region 2 team leader for the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics. Roberts is presently a doctoral student in urban schooling at the Rossier School of Education at the University of California, Los Angeles.
