Florence R. Webb is a board member of the California School Boards Association. She was previously a governing board member and vice president of the board of trustees for Dixie School District. She was also a commissioner at the Accrediting Commission for Schools for Western Association of Schools and Colleges and a director of the Teacher and Reading Development program for College of Marin. Webb received her PhD in education policy and educational administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
