Hannah Lenicoe (Melnicoe) is a former senior program manager at Pivot Learning, where she served in a variety of roles supporting research, program management, and educational improvement initiatives. She was previously a graduate student researcher at UC Berkeley, an analyst fellow with Education Pioneers, and a data analyst with Marin Promise Partnership. Earlier in her career, she worked at Learning for Action as an associate consultant and researcher, served as a resident in social enterprise with New Sector Alliance, and was a policy associate at First Place for Youth.. Her work has focused on policy analysis, program evaluation, research, and organizational effectiveness. She is currently a senior HR specialist at Twist Bioscience. Lenicoe earned a BA in public policy studies from the University of Chicago and an MPP from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
