Julian M. Siebert is a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Neurology at University of California, San Francisco's School of Medicine. He is also the lead quantitative researcher for the Multitudes project. His research focuses on the role of language in educational assessments with an emphasis on achieving accurate and fair assessment outcomes for multilingual individuals; he is particularly interested in linguistically equitable ways of assessing early language and literacy skills. Siebert received his PhD in education data science and in developmental and psychological sciences from Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
