Nancy Hunt, PhD, is discipline director in special education at California-LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities), a joint program of Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. She is professor emerita at California State University, Los Angeles, where she continues to teach part time in the early childhood special education programs.
