Susan McKibben is head of project management at the USC Shoah Foundation. Previously, she was administrative director of the Center on Education Policy, Equity, and Governance (CEPEG) at the USC Rossier School of Education, where she oversaw research initiatives focused on advancing educational equity for K–12 students in California. Earlier in her career, she was a classroom teacher and director of after-school learning programs. McKibben earned her PhD in education with a focus on comparative education from the University of California, Los Angeles.
