Tenice Hardaway is a former senior research associate with the ACE Awareness Foundation, a nonprofit focused on building social-emotional health for students in Memphis, Tennessee. She was previously a policy and data analyst fellow with Whole Child Strategies. She was also an Education Pioneers Fellow and a community planning fellow at the Milano School for International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at The New School, where she worked on early childhood education initiatives in East Harlem, New York. She is currently a public safety associate in administration and compliance at Loyola Marymount University. Hardaway earned her PhD in urban education policy from the University of Southern California, where she was a Dean’s Fellow in the Rossier School of Education.
